Overview: 

The objectives of this study are: (1) to compare the efficacy of IPX066 and CLE in subjects with advanced Parkinson's Disease, and (2) to assess the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of IPX066 and CLE in subjects with advanced Parkinson's Disease

Qualifications: 

Subjects with advanced Parkinson's Disease (PD) with motor fluctuations who have been on a stable CLE regimen for at least 4 weeks at Screening, a CLE dosing frequency of at least 4 times daily, and at least 2.5 hours of "off" time per day.
